Set Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and to increase it you must wait 24 hours — which prevents impulsive over-depositing.

Time-Out

If you feel you need a short break, you can temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days. During the time-out period, login will be completely disabled.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option. Once activated, your account will be closed for 6 months or permanently, and we will stop sending promotional emails.

Review Gaming History

You can view your complete betting history, win and loss records, and total spending at any time. Review your stats regularly to stay informed.

Set Betting Limits

Set in advance the maximum amount you can bet in each session. This limit protects you from spending beyond your plan.

Warning signs of a problem

Sometimes gaming can turn into an addiction — and it happens gradually. If you notice the following signs, be cautious and seek help:

You are spending more than your budget and trying to recover losses
You want to stop gaming but cannot
You are prioritising gaming over family, friends or work
You are lying to or hiding things from family about your gaming
You feel restless, angry or stressed when you lose
You are taking loans or drawing on savings for gaming
You feel bored or empty when you are not gaming

If you notice these signs: use self-exclusion or time-out immediately and contact our support team.

Top tips for healthy gaming

Following these simple rules will keep gaming enjoyable at all times and prevent problems:

Set aside a separate gaming budget that will not affect your life if lost
Set a time limit and spending limit before each session
Do not play when tired, stressed or under the influence of alcohol
Stop at the planned time even if a winning streak is continuing
Never think of gaming as a plan for earning income
Spending time with family and friends is more important than gaming
Review your gaming history every month
If in doubt, lower your deposit limit — you can increase it later
